Just walk across the street and you are on the beach. Mission Bay is two houses east.

Downtown, Balboa Park and the Embarcadero are about 15 minutes by car. Public Transportation is also available buy bus and the Trolley. Stop at OLD TOWN about our history.

I am renting my guestroom in my 2nd floor apartment. You have the full run of the apartment and will share the bath room with me.

There is a full kitchen and a TV in your room ore you can watch with me and have a drink with me.

The BBQ and the terrace downstairs is also for your use. I own the building.

I will be happy to share any sightseeing and GREAT spots with you like the SEA LIONS in La Jolla.
